La larga tradición sindical argentina ha comenzado a ser escuela en la región.
Prueba de ello es que según pudo saber Pharmabiz se creó el primer sindicato de visitadores médicos en Chile. Su nombre oficial es Sindicato de Empresa Laboratorios Recalcine de Visitadores Médicos.
Así, el laboratorio número uno del mercado chileno se está destacando por ser el primero que cuenta con un gremio de esta naturaleza.
En diálogo telefónico desde Chile, el flamante presidente del sindicato Rafael Guzmán dijo a Pharmabiz que el gremio ya está constituido formalmente y celebró una reunión oficial con el representante legal de Recalcine Agustín Eguiguren, para comenzar a trabajar de forma oficial.
Subrayó asimismo que Corporación Recalcine tiene la fuerza de ventas más importante de Chile, la que está conformada por más de 300 agentes de propaganda médica.
Con casi un siglo de vida, Recalcine abrió recientemente el 25% de su capital a la bolsa aunque conserva el 75% de la propiedad bajo el ala de la familia Weinstein.
Y claro que este paso que ha dado el primer gremio de APMs en Chile busca ser imitado. Hay que tener en cuenta asimismo que la organización gremial en Chile es distinta a la de Argentina.
Según explicó Guzmán a Pharmabiz primero se deben constituir los sindicatos por laboratorio para luego conformar una estructura de alcance nacional.
Guzmán también detalló Pharmabiz que el nivel de sindicalización del total de la fuerza laboral en Chile es del 12%. De ese total, sólo el 5% negocia bajo el marco de paritarias.

Recalcine with the first union of medical advertising agents in Chile

The long labor union tradition of Argentina is gaining followers in the region.
Proof of this is that, as Pharmabiz was able to learn, the first medical advertising agents union in Chile has been created. Its official name is “Sindicato de Empresa Laboratorios Recalcine de Visitadores Médicos”.
This way, the number one laboratory in the Chilean market is standing out as the first one with a labor union of this nature.
In a phone dialogue from Chile, the brand-new president of the labor union, Rafael Guzmán, said to Pharmabiz that the union is already formally constituted and celebrated an official meeting with the Recalcine legal representative, Agustín Eguiguren, to officially begin working.
He also stressed that Recalcine Corporation has the most important sales force in Chile, which comprises over 300 medical advertising agents.
With nearly a century of life, Recalcine recently released 25% of its capital to the Stock Exchange, although it preserved 75% of the property under the wing of the Weinstein Family.

Guzman said to Pharmabiz that the first action is to constitute the unions in each laboratory and then shape a structure nationwide.
Guzman also told Pharmabiz that the level of unionization of the complete labor force in Chile is 12%. Of this total, only 5% negotiates within the framework of parity commissions.
